They happen when teams identify the right problem, understand why users behave the way they do and align business goals with real user needs.

That's where I believe I can contribute the most.

I value designing interfaces, but I've learned that great interfaces are usually the outcome of good product decisions.

What I'm Doing Today

Today I work as a Product Designer helping SaaS (software as a service) companies rethink product experience, improve adoption and align user needs with business goals.

Most of my recent work has involved redesigning products, defining new workflows and helping teams uncover hidden opportunities beyond the interface itself.

As the only designer at Maia Health Tech, I collaborated closely with founders and cross-functional teams to shape both the product and the company's visual communication. I contributed across product strategy, UX/UI, onboarding, AI-powered features and growth initiatives, while also leading marketing design and product launches.
